REFUND POLICY

 1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • If you have been incorrectly charged due to a billing error.
  • If you cancel your subscription within the refund period specified below.

2. Refund Period

  • Quarterly Subscription: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial payment.
  • Annual Subscription: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial payment.
  • Custom Enterprise Plans: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Note: Refunds will be credited within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment order.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If you change your mind after purchase.
  • If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • If you have used the service for the majority of the billing period.
  • If the request is made outside the eligible refund period.

4. How to Request a Refund
